At Gully Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
